Within 48 hours of activating the request.

  • Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, through WhatsApp, and if 24 hours have passed, another shipping cost will be charged.

Two types of payment: online or cash on receipt.

 

  • What is the method of receiving the request?

Receipt from the branch or delivery service.

 

  • What do I need to bring to the store to collect the order?

Please bring the personal ID that matches the name on the application if you cannot show either of them.

After receiving the return request, we will return the cost of the purchased products within about a week by bank transfer. The refund will be made to the same card that you used to purchase the products on the website. This is during official periods within the country.
